Laibach are the most mystique-laden, most frequently banned and
most provocative band from Slovenia. Since their pioneering
contribution to the Neue Slowenische Kunst movement in the early 1980s
they have played to sell-out audiences the world over.
Their latest album WAT (2003) showed their innovation is undimmed
and their greatest hits anthology Anthems (2004, Mute records) is a
must-have.
Laibach Focus shows how seventeen leading Slovene
photographers have captured Laibach through their lens. We see
Laibach in concert from the early 1980s to last years European tour
alongside more intimate photographs of the band members off the record
and off stage.
